System analysis and Business process evaluation: Functional experts from Mindmill visit the Bank and conduct a system study and suggest appropriate changes or modifications of the process if required. They also present the roll out map indicating the key progress areas, customization, process changes, and product extensions if any.
2. Deployment: Mindmill software engineers deploy, test and stabilize the Bankmill application in hosted or on premise environment.
3. Post-deployment support and maintenance: Mindmill can deploy support and maintenance staff if required at the premise to manage extensions, improvements, etc.

For hosted environments, Mindmill does follow a system analysis & design, customization and hosting beta, tests and ramp up stages.
