Mindmill uses state of the art technology in telephony allowing for routing calls to (outbound) and from (inbound) PSTN networks to soft phones. The software is written in-house and is capable of interfacing with other 3rd party software to allow various campaigns, and data interchange. The details of the equipment and software are given below.

Software
Call Center Telephony – This software allows employees to make calls over the internet. Outbound calls destined on any telephone connected to the PSTN network of the outbound country are possible. Inbound calls originating at any telephone connected to the PSTN network of the originating country can land on the system
