  2. Approve the process workflows
  3. Review the training documents
  4. Train the trainer
  5. Give a heads up to Mindmill about any variances in the volumes in as much advance as possible
  6. Outbound call charges
  7. Connecting the system to the UK PSTN system
  8. Working with Mindmill to identify appropriates SLAs
  9. Enterprise (culture, people, process) specific training
  10. Joint overview with Mindmill of the processes workflows, mock calls, and dry run
  11. Make Timely Payments
