This product allows various configurable alerts about the bank account to be sent, automatically, to the customer through an Email.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this service is to keep the client informed about his account status via the most convenient channel to him. This also helps the bank lower its operating costs by avoiding man power and other infrastructure expenses required for customer queries of general and recurring nature.

UNIQUE FEATURES & BENEFITS

• Customers are given the option to change the alerts requested through a simple online eAlerts Management Screen. This benefits both the customer and the bank staff as the staff is freed from this task for the bulk of the customers and the customer feels more in command.
  
• In case of failure of customer’s email server, the system tries resending the emails for a defined number of retries.
  
• Works with any email service provider on the internet so the bank does not need to invest in a specific email service provider which saves the bank money.

TECHNOLOGY

The structure is a client-server architecture.

The software uses ISO 8583 messaging system for transaction processing.

The software has been written in Java and can work with any standard RDBMS such as MS SQL, and Oracle.
