A Project Manager is assigned to each project who liaises with Clients on a daily basis.

He ensures that the specifications are understood, problems are escalated, issues are resolved, whilst all the time keeping the Client informed of progress.

Communications with our Clients is essential to the management and efficiency of all our projects. Our Project Manager responds to Emails and other written communication within 24 hours. Issues of a more important and urgent nature are responded to by phone, which helps in immediate decisions and quick responses.
