issues. The project leader interacts with the client typically
by Email usually under the supervision of the Project Manager.
A project manager heads this team and deals
with such project specific issues as the first set of specifications,
deliverables, priorities, changes, additional functionality
requirements, requirement interpretation, scheduling, issues
and keeps the whole project together.
The project manager interacts with the client typically by Email
or by phone. We believe in the philosophy of "When in doubt
ask". We ask project managers to keep asking questions till
they do not have doubts.
Our
CEO heads this team and deals directly with the client by visiting
their office, on telephone or by Email. Issues such as pricing,
special requests by clients and long term planning are covered
under this.
